A Case of Bone Marrow Failure Caused by Tridione Therapy.

Abstract
|
|
|
An interesting case of bone marrow failure, which was caused by tridione, one of. anti-epileptic drugs, has been reported in this paper.
The changes of cellular elements in bone marrow and peripheral blood in relation to the toxicity of tridione on hematopoietic system have been reviewed briefly.
Additionally, the effectiveness of combined therapy of testosterone and steroid to the case of bone marrow failure caused by tridione has been implied, and the clinical importance of regular blood examination to whom tridione is given has also been suggested.
